I have encountered a payment error during checkout, what do I do next?

If your payment fails funds should remain on your original One4all Chip & PIN or Digital reloadable card that you attempted to use to make the purchase.


If the problem continues or funds are not appearing on your original One4all cards please contact our customer services team.
