How do I view my card details and check my balance?

You cannot use the One4all online balance check page to check your Virtual Visa balance.

We highly recommend downloading the One4all App to easily access your card details, balance & transaction history!


One4all App

  • Log into the One4all App using your registered account details
  • Enter the authorisation code which is sent to you via text message
  • Click on the eye icon at the bottom left hand corner of the card you wish to view
  • Enter your phone's passcode or biometrics (depending on your settings)
  • Your card details will now be displayed, including card number, CVV2 and expiry date
  • Your balance is displayed on the top right hand corner of the gift card image

Online

  • Log in to your account at www.one4all.ie
  • Click on 'My gift cards' at the top right hand corner of the screen
  • Click on 'Spend Online' under the gift card you wish to view
  • Enter the authorisation code which is sent to you via text message
  • Your card details will now be displayed, including your balance
