Can I return a purchase I made using my Virtual Visa?

Please ensure you check the returns policy of the retailer you want to spend your card with as they all have different procedures.

Any refunds for returned items will need to go back onto the card you paid with.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show on your card.
