Why can't I use my debit / credit card to purchase a Visa Prepaid (Virtual Visa) Card?

Only eligible One4all Gift Cards can be used to purchase a Visa Prepaid (Virtual Visa) Card.

Eligible cards will be automatically displayed at point of purchase. If your card is not appearing you cannot use it to purchase a Visa Prepaid (Virtual Visa) Card.


Eligibility

  • Euro Currency only
  • You must have completed ID verification against your account (see How do I complete the ID Verification process?)
  • Your card must be a One4all Chip & PIN, One4all high value Digital (One4all Digital reloadable), or One4all+ card
  • You must have a balance of over €50 on your One4all Chip & PIN /One4all high value Digital card (One4all Digital reloadable)/One4all+ card
